WVTM 75 Years Anniversary Toolkit

Anniversary toolkit created for WVTM's 75th anniversary. This was a bit different from the other anniversary toolkits because of how they really wanted the outlines on the 75th to glow. I had to find a way to incorporate that into the overall animation style of our brand and make it look natural in the motion.
