Hello there! My name is Emily Simmank, and I am a motion designer based in Orlando, FL. My work primarily consists of 2D graphic design, animation, and branding, but I am also proficient in 3D design and animation. EmMotionily (pronounced like "emotionally") is my fun little pun that combines my name, my profession, and my main goal in my career: to create art that evokes emotional responses. If even one person can look at my work and feel something, then I have done my job.
One of my favorite aspects of motion design is the wide range of skills I have had the opportunity to learn. I have experience working with clients on animation, graphic design, branding, ad design, typography, photography, and content creation. I enjoy working with clients and collaborating with other artists. I think there is no better way to grow as an artist than to learn from those you work with. I am always inspired by collaboration with others.
In my personal life, I spend most of my free time creating because I like learning new crafts and hobbies. Among those are crocheting, embroidery, painting and baking. I am passionate about finding new ways to express my creativity through different mediums and media.
